2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by Elite Electrical TN are based on the information available at the time of assessment.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointment Times: While we endeavor to adhere to scheduled appointment times, unforeseen circumstances, emergency calls, or complex job requirements may cause delays. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you of any significant delays.Access: It is your responsibility to ensure clear and safe access to the work area for our technicians. Failure to provide adequate access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.Cancellation/Rescheduling: We request at least [e.g., 24 hours] notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. 4. Payment Terms

We will assist you in processing any valid manufacturer warranty claims.Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover:Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of nature, power surges, or electrical fluctuations not related to our work.Work or repairs performed by anyone other than Elite Electrical TN technicians after our service completion.Pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues not directly related to the scope of work performed by us.Issues arising from your failure to follow our advice or recommendations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Electrical TN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services we provide, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Elite Electrical TN for the specific service from which the claim arose.

governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Madison County or Gibson County, Tennessee.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between
us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
